My practice is built on the idea that everything is connected. Pain, stress, sleep, skin, spirit. These aren't separate problems, they're the same conversation. I bring Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoist philosophy, and 15 years of teaching to every session, along with specialized cosmetic acupuncture training under Michelle Gellis, one of the foremost experts in the field.

My path has been broad but deliberate. I received ordination from the Four Dragons Institute after years of study under Master Lao Zhi Chang in the Awakening to Reality lineage of Taoism. I'm certified in both Eastern and Western herbalism, trained as a Gamma Breath Practitioner, and have taught Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation, and breathwork professionally for over a decade. I also hold a black belt in martial arts. These aren't separate pursuits, they're all expressions of the same inquiry into how human beings heal and thrive.

Every treatment I offer draws on all of it. If you come in for shoulder pain, and leave having slept better for the first time in months, it's most likely no coincidence.
